This Ewok Village-style Theater-in-the-Trees experience in the beautiful Emerald Forest ten minutes east of downtown Redmond, will be an evening you will never forget!

Conceived by Treehouse Master genius Pete Nelson, the construction of the forest theater was featured on an episode of Treehouse Masters that aired in 2018. The theater has a large seating area 20' off the ground in the trees, four "box seat" open-air pods, two "Tre-elevator" loungers on mechanized pulley systems, a concession stand with freshly popped popcorn, an elevated double-decker set of hammock-like-dream nets, and a 16' screen hanging between the trees.

The theater is located inside The Emerald Forest, a five-acre grove of hemlocks and cedars on Union Hill. For reasons we don’t quite understand, the entire forest has no underbrush and is instead covered by a thick bed of beautiful green moss carpet. Some have said it is the most beautiful small forest in the world. Stroll through the trails within the forest and you will agree! After the movie, there is a special 15 minute ‘after-dark’ show that is many visitor’s favorite part of their visit.

Guests are encouraged to pack picnic bags and settle in for the evening. Feel like firing up a grill? There's a BBQ on site available for guests to use for the perfect outdoor dinner! For dessert, convene by the campfire to toast some marshmallows and make s’mores. A bathroom is available for guest use, and a 24' yurt to stay dry if needed.

Access to the theater is via an easy 10-minute walk through a very easy forest trail (imagine a short lowland forest hike). However, the trail is not suitable for strollers, wheelchairs, or walkers. Everyone walks in.
